US coverage included in your free 14-day trial · no credit card required
StoqPulse turns a list of positions into a working research dashboard. Enter shares and average cost, and you get a live equity curve reconstructed from each holding's daily closes, weights computed from your actual cost basis, a sector-allocation breakdown, and concentration flags against your own limits. US stocks are tracked free for 14 days (no card) — no spreadsheet, no manual price updates.
Holdings, shares, and cost-basis weights
Add a position with a ticker, share count, and average cost, and StoqPulse logs the opening trade and starts tracking it. The Holdings page lists every position with shares, average cost, cost basis (shares times average cost), and each holding's weight as a share of total cost basis. The strip up top shows invested capital, position count, and your largest single weight by cost basis. Click any row to open the full ticker analysis, or log a decision against that holding straight into your journal.
A live equity curve from real price history
The dashboard rebuilds your portfolio's value over time from each holding's actual daily closes, not a smoothed estimate. It aligns the dates your holdings have in common, sums shares times close at each point, and plots the curve across 1M, 6M, 1Y, or All ranges. You see current total value and unrealized gain in dollars and percent versus your cost basis. When live history is available it is marked as live data; if a holding lacks history for a range, the curve falls back cleanly rather than inventing numbers.
Sector allocation and concentration flags
StoqPulse pulls each holding's sector from fundamentals and live quotes to compute current market-value weights, then renders a sector-allocation breakdown so you can see where the book actually leans. It raises concentration flags when a single position or a sector exceeds the limits in your own risk settings — defaulting to 20% per position and 40% per sector until you change them. These are neutral, factual flags tied to your thresholds, not advice or a verdict on your portfolio.
Dividend income, estimated from trailing payments
For income holdings, StoqPulse estimates annual dividend income from the last twelve months of actual payments — never a forward forecast. It shows per-holding trailing yield, payout ratio, yield-on-cost, and the next ex-dividend or payment date, summarized per currency and never blended across currencies. The free trial surfaces yields; the full income figure and yield-on-cost detail unlock on Starter and above. Every figure carries a plain caveat that dividends can be cut or suspended.
ETF look-through holdings overlap
If you hold ETFs alongside individual stocks, StoqPulse looks through each fund to its published constituents and shows where they overlap your own positions — the overlapping holding, its weight in the fund, and the look-through dollar value. Coverage is honest about its source: funds with full holdings data are labeled as such, while others are framed as a top-10 lower bound. Look-through values stay per currency and are never combined. Holdings overlap is a Pro-tier capability.
Multi-market and multi-portfolio as you grow
US coverage is free for 14 days. Higher tiers unlock additional markets — add positions in Canadian, UK, and other supported markets via the market selector, with tickers validated against what your plan allows. The free trial runs a single portfolio; paid tiers raise the cap, and the limit is enforced both in the app and server-side so it can't be bypassed. When you add or remove holdings, the equity curve, weights, sector mix, and income all recompute from your live positions.

It's reconstructed from real daily closing prices for each holding, not a synthetic estimate. StoqPulse aligns the dates your holdings share, multiplies shares by the close at each point, and sums across positions to plot value over 1M, 6M, 1Y, or All. Current total value and unrealized gain are shown versus your cost basis.
No. You enter shares and average cost once when you add a position. From there StoqPulse pulls live quotes and daily price history automatically, so the equity curve, market-value weights, sector mix, and gain all update without any manual price entry or spreadsheet maintenance on your part.
StoqPulse computes each holding's current market-value weight and each sector's share of the book, then flags any position or sector that exceeds the thresholds in your risk settings. Defaults are 20% per position and 40% per sector until you adjust them. Flags state the fact and the limit you set — they are not advice or a recommendation to trade.
Yes. Dividend income is estimated from the trailing twelve months of payments with per-holding yield, payout ratio, yield-on-cost, and next ex-dividend date, summarized per currency. For ETFs, the holdings-overlap view looks through funds to their published constituents to show where they overlap your individual stocks. Full income figures are Starter+ and ETF overlap is Pro+.
