Dividend Income Tracker

See trailing dividend income, yield, yield-on-cost and multi-year growth across every holding — built on real payment history, not forecasts.

US coverage included in your free 14-day trial · no credit card required

StoqPulse turns your portfolio into a clear income picture: estimated trailing annual income per holding, trailing yield, yield-on-cost, payout ratio and 1/3/5-year dividend growth. US coverage is free for 14 days (no card), so you can check yields and ex-dividend dates before choosing a paid plan. Every figure is trailing and estimated from the last twelve months of payments — never a projection, and always flagged that dividends can be cut.

Trailing income per holding, computed from real payments

For each holding, StoqPulse estimates annual dividend income as your share count times the trailing dividend per share. The per-share figure prefers the last complete year of paid history and falls back to the most recent payment multiplied by its frequency (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual). It is strictly a trailing twelve-month figure, never a forward forecast. Non-payers are detected and contribute zero income, so growth-stage stocks that reinvest earnings show a clean empty state instead of misleading numbers.

Yield, yield-on-cost and payout ratio side by side

Each payer shows trailing dividend yield (TTM), payout ratio, and yield-on-cost — your trailing income divided by your actual cost basis, which reveals how much your original purchase now pays. The payout ratio gives context on how much of earnings funds the dividend. Yields and payout ratios come straight from the data feed as already-computed percentages, so nothing is double-counted or re-scaled. During your free 14-day US trial you see yield and payout columns; full income figures and yield-on-cost unlock at Starter and above.

Per-currency totals, never blended

If your holdings span currencies, StoqPulse keeps each currency separate. There is no FX guesswork: USD income and yield are summed and weighted within USD, CAD within CAD, and so on. The summary shows a per-currency pill with total income, a market-value-weighted trailing yield, and yield-on-cost for that currency. This avoids the common mistake of adding dollars and pounds into one meaningless total, so the numbers you read are always internally consistent.

Dividend growth and history per ticker

Open any US ticker's Dividend Analysis to see 1, 3 and 5-year dividend growth as a compound annual rate, computed only from complete prior years so partial-year payments don't understate the trend. A per-share-by-year bar chart shows up to a decade of paid history at a glance, alongside current yield, payout ratio, last dividend, ex-dividend date, payout frequency and a simple payout-ratio-based safety read. History and growth analysis unlock at Starter.

Real ex-dividend and payment dates

Your income table is sorted by the next ex-dividend date, falling back to the payment date, so upcoming payers surface first. Dates are shown for information only — StoqPulse never frames them as a guarantee or a buy signal. This makes it easy to see which holdings pay next without hunting across multiple sources, while the calm, non-directive copy keeps the tool firmly in research-and-tracking territory rather than advice.

Honest by design

StoqPulse states plainly that dividends are not guaranteed and can be cut or suspended, and that every figure is estimated from the last twelve months of payments rather than projected forward. Data may be delayed or restated, and that caveat travels with the numbers. There are no hype labels and no implied recommendations — just trailing facts you can verify, which is exactly what disciplined income investors need to make their own decisions.

StoqPulse multiplies your share count by an estimated trailing dividend per share. That per-share figure prefers the last complete year of paid history; if no full year is available, it uses the most recent payment multiplied by its frequency (12 for monthly, 4 for quarterly, 2 for semi-annual, 1 for annual). It is a trailing twelve-month estimate, never a forward forecast.

Yield-on-cost is your trailing annual dividend income divided by what you actually paid (your cost basis), expressed as a percent. It shows how much your original investment now yields, which often exceeds current market yield for long-held positions. StoqPulse computes it per holding and per currency. This figure is available from the Starter tier upward.

Yes, and it keeps each currency separate. Income, market-value-weighted yield and yield-on-cost are calculated within each currency and never blended into one total, because there is no FX conversion involved. You get a clear per-currency summary, so dollars, pounds and euros stay distinct and the numbers remain accurate and comparable.

Dividend yield, payout ratio, last payment, ex-dividend and payment dates, payout frequency, multi-year growth and per-year history come from a market data provider via StoqPulse's backend. Figures may occasionally be delayed or restated, which the app flags directly. Everything is presented as trailing fact, not advice or a forecast.

No. StoqPulse states clearly that dividends are not guaranteed and can be cut or suspended at any time. Every income and yield figure is estimated from the last twelve months of payments, not projected forward, and ex-dividend or payment dates are shown for information only — never as a recommendation or a signal to buy.
